1) Power ON
Switch ON the 230V AC main supply to the unit.
The indicators will show:
Green LED = Power ON
Red LED = Communication active (Blink = Normal Mode, Steady = Exam Mode)
Yellow LED = Bell active
2) Connecting through Wi-Fi
1) On your phone, turn OFF mobile data (internet) and turn ON Wi-Fi.
2) Disconnect from any strong saved networks if auto-connected.
3) Search for Wi-Fi name XXXXX and connect.
4) Open any browser (Chrome recommended) and type: XXXXXX
5) Type password: XXXXXX
6) The College Bell Scheduler page will open.
3) Web Interface Menu Options
Edit Date/Time: Set or correct the device time (first use or after power loss).
Manage Schedules: Add, delete, or view all bell timings.
Manual Control: Turn bell ON/OFF manually or test the system.
Mode: Switch between Normal or Exam operation mode.
Current Time: Displays the current internal clock time.
4) Setting Date and Time
Click Edit Date/Time.
Enter correct date and time as per your phone.
Press Set Date/Time.
5) Adding Bell Schedules
1) Open Manage Schedules.
2) Choose the following:
Weekdays (Mon–Sun or specific days)
Time and AM/PM
Duration (seconds of bell ringing)
3) Click Add Schedule → it will appear in the list.
4) Click Store to save permanently.
6) Deleting Schedules
Open Manage Schedules.
Press Delete beside any unwanted schedule.
7) Mode Selection
Normal Mode: For daily timetable operation.
Exam Mode: For special or temporary schedules.
Select Mode → choose Normal or Exam accordingly.
