This innovative device is designed to manage and control two individually fed overhead water tanks
and an underground water tank, all with a single controller. This setup eliminates the need for multiple
water level controllers. It features two sets of sensors for the overhead tanks, which can be activated
individually via a switch. The corresponding solenoid electric gate valve is also activated through this
switch.
Key features include:
1. - Dry Run Protection:
Prevents the pump from operating without water, protecting it from damage.
2. - Overflow Protection:
Automatically stops the water flow when the tank is full, preventing spillage.
3. - Low Water Detection:
Alerts when the water level is low, ensuring timely refilling.
4. - Adjustable Delay:
Rotary control allows for customizable delay settings for better control and response time.
5. - Underground Tank Management:
Ensures the motor does not start if the underground tank is empty. The motor will only start
when the sensor detects sufficient water. Once the motor is running, it continues until the lower
sensor is no longer submerged, but it will only be ready to start again when the top sensor in the
underground tank detects water, ensuring proper filling time gap.
This device provides a reliable and efficient solution for managing water levels in both overhead and
underground tanks using a single controller.
