This device ensures that your 3-phase motor runs only when the power supply is correct, preventing damage from missing phases, incorrect wiring, or unstable voltage.
*HOW IT WORKS:*
*PREVENTS DAMAGE:* Stops the motor if a phase is missing, wiring is reversed, or voltage imbalance occurs.
*LED ALERTS:*
*Slow blinking LED* → A phase is missing (power issue).
*Fast blinking LED* → Wiring is reversed (incorrect phase connection).
*Steady LED ON* → Everything is working fine.
*VOLTAGE IMBALANCE PROTECTION:*
1. If the voltage difference between or within the three phases exceeds 80V, the system detects a three-phase imbalance and stops the motor.
2. If all three phases are high or low but within 320V to 440V, the system will not trigger a fault.

DEVICE FUNCTIONS – 3 MAIN PROTECTIONS
1) Phase Sequence / Phase Reverse Protection
Prevents the motor from running if the R-Y-B phase order is wrong.
Motor runs only when correct phase sequence is available.
LED:
Fast blinking → Phase reverse
Steady ON → Phase sequence OK
Importance:
Avoids motor damage due to wrong rotation.
2) Phase Missing / Zero Voltage Protection
If any one phase is absent or voltage becomes zero, the motor turns OFF immediately.
LED:
Slow blinking → Phase missing
Importance:
Protects motor from single-phasing and burning.
3) Voltage Imbalance Protection (80V Rule)
Motor turns OFF if voltage difference between phases is more than 80V.
If all phases are low or high together within 320V–440V, motor continues to run.
LED:
Blinking / OFF → Voltage imbalance
Steady ON → Voltage normal
Importance:
Ensures safe operation during unstable voltage conditions.
Note:
Device monitors only voltage.
It does not check motor current, overload, or underload.
Recommended to use with a Mobile Motor Controller for SMS fault alerts.
