Main Highlights:
1. Power ON Display Information
- Shows voltage, current, two or three phase status, and operating mode (Auto or Manual)
- Displays I as ampere setting value
- Live current shown when motor is ON
- COTR = Cyclic ON Timer (minutes)
- CFTR = Cyclic OFF Timer (minutes)
- RT = Run Time (minutes)
- TT = Total Timer
2. RYB LED Phase Indicators
- Three LEDs show RYB phase condition
- If all phases are OK, all three LEDs glow continuously
- If any phase is missing or faulty, the respective LED blinks
- LEDs work only in normal mode, not in setting mode
3. Button and Rotary Controls
- Rotary Knob: Rotate to adjust values
- Short Press (2 seconds): Save the adjusted value
- Green Button: Move up or next option
- Red Button: Move down or previous option
- Overcurrent Setting: Keep 2 amps above live running current
Example: If motor draws 10A, set overcurrent as 12A
4. HP Setting Mode
- Long press Rotary Knob for more than 5 seconds
- HP range available from 3HP to 40HP
- Existing Panel option:
ON = Simple ON/OFF operation
OFF = Star-Delta operation with additional relay
- Long press again for 5 seconds to exit and save
5. Advanced Setting Mode
- Press and hold Rotary Button and Red OFF Button together for 5 seconds
- Display shows: "Setting mode press key to continue"
- Use Green Button to navigate options
- Use Rotary Knob to increase or decrease values
- You can adjust each setting one by one and save all settings together in one step

1. Auto delay 3 phase
2. Star delta delay
3. Over voltage limit setting
4. Dry run trip amps
5. Dry run trip delay
6. Dry run restart in minutes
7. Unbalance trip percentage
8. CT coil ratio
9. Cyclic timer ON or OFF
10. Cyclic ON timer in minutes
11. Cyclic OFF timer in minutes
6. Save and Exit
- After completing all adjustments, long press the Rotary Button for 5 seconds
- Display shows "Exit and Save" and all settings are stored
7. Important Notes
- RYB LEDs indicate supply condition in normal mode
- Settings should be made only when the motor is OFF
- Always set overcurrent slightly above actual running current
- Cyclic timers are especially useful for borewell applications for automatic rest and restart
